A dog sits waiting to be rescued on the rooftop of a flooded home in the Princeville area of North Carolina on Tuesday Sept. 21. Members of the U.S. Coast Gaurd out of St. Paul, Minn., rescued this dog and four other dogs during a search by boat of the flooded town Tuesday afternoon.
